Cardilly.com is claiming to offer gift cards and % off and the day I found them a steal deal of walmart gift card at half off. Claimed they only had 40 to sell. Baits you in with "limited quantity" but to no avail they do not send you anything...meanwhile they have your credit card info and other personal info to use or sell, etc. I had to put my credit card in as lost/stolen and have in turn lost out on other things because I currently do not have a active credit card. Have to wait up to 3 weeks for new issued card!
