I would seriously recommend AVOIDING working with this company. Here is my experience:

After one order of 20 wooden USB keys with logo, (2 not working but with replacement made) I ordered 200 units with a new logo. Cost of 710 US dollars. The first problem was that additional to the logo that was proofed ,"4Gb" was added to the front type facing - not requested and undesirable as the USB key was being used as a music album. Other inconsistancies were that unlike the last order, this key came without a keyring, something I had designed my product around. Making the complaint that this was not what I had asked for, the response from the company was they admitted fault of the factory and an offer of 20 free keys with my next order to be given, quoting "I do not want to remove our fault by the extra 20pcs but now i hope people will like it or do not hate it". After a few more frustrated emails I cut my losses, found that I could sandpaper the print off and oil it (of which I told them and they responded - "the trust is most important thing in the business.")
......... to move on to the next far more serious problem.
ONLY 41 UNITS OUT OF 197 (the order was 5 short) WORKED
- THE BATCH WAS 75% FAULTY. - USB stick not recognised by the computers (Mac and PC) data taking indefinate time to transfer, or not transferring properly)

July 26th I emailed them asking for a replacement for faulty keys - no response
August 3rd emailed them - response
after very poor correspondance from them - lengthy delays between emails I make a skype request that was not accepted by them
Then I discover from one of the clients I sold one of the 41 "working" keys that he was having problems transferring files with them.
On September 10th I ask for a full refund: No response.

I could write on many laughable quotes and frustrating details but I am trying to keep this concise. As a musician that has very little money and was depending on this investment to release my first album, this experience has actually set me back months in my career, and lost me considerable income.
Quoting their website -
"High Quality, Competitive Price, Fast Delivery, Long-term Warranty, Faithful Services, Prompt Response is our principle to our all clients in business."
And now I am trying to file a complaint on Alibaba.com and it seems to be impossible
