Big O Tires, located at 17111 Imperial Hwy. Yorba LInda,Ca 92886, had a promotion by which you purchase 4 tires 255/65R and Michelin will give a rebate of $70, this purchase took place on 8/15/12, as of today we have not received a dime, Michelin redeem department has been contacted 4 times regarding the rebate and they refuse to send the money that they promised, this practice is deceptive, manipulative and right down criminal, could you please help, they refused to allow us to talk to a supervisor.
