after returning both products to slime tone i was today told in telephone conversation on the 10/10/12 that only one account had been closed and that they tried to obtain another 37.50 but thankfully i have cancelled by bank card to be told that i should of sent them in a seperate parcel and that i should of had two seperate numbers even thow they arrived together and was told that if they were received by the monday i would get a full refund what a joke!!

What method of posting did you use to send them back?
I'm in the middle of the return/refund part of it. REally not ahppy with them as a company. They did offer me half my money back , which i suppose is better than nothing, however it was a 'free trail' that i will have paid £56 all together! joke !
If you could let me know how you sent them back would be greatfull, as i only have untill the 27th to get them back!!
