I ordered a trial for aprox £4.00 in September 2012.I had an e-mail form them to confirm the FULL price.When I clicked on that e-mail to reply 'do not send', the e-mail vanished and did not enter my old e-mail box.I had no way of contacting them.I received a minuscule amount of cream but was shocked to see they had charged £98.00 !!! .I have owned Skin Clinics for over 30 years and the size would be classed as 'tester' amount, not full quantity.
Today the 10/10/2012 I have received another minuscule pot of cream and without my permission they have accessed my account and removed another £98.78.
At present I am seriously ill and receiving benefits.I cannot afford this and it has crippled my finances this week.
I have never experienced anything like this before and I am devastated.
