I did buy a brand new wall oven to this location on the 26/07/12 this oven was delivered on the 08/08/12 and it was a different make and model which i accept.
this oven still brand new never used but faulty according to the warranty technician of Smeg/Omega.
I call the salesperson Aroon,and i send an email to ron the manager.
I did not hear from them yet,my feeling is that they are avoiding me, and they try to get this oven repaired.
Please let me know if i am wrong, but i paid for a brand new oven,i never used it,so i want the replacement or the full refund of this unit.
