I paid a half down deposit for the rental of a mobile restoom unit for a wedding. I signed a rental contract with the owner. The day before the event, I was unable to contact him. His phone was disconnected with no forwarding number. He did not show up with the rental unit, nor has he called me. I am unable to contact him, but I want my deposit refunded.
