i sent hope for cars and they told me to not pay my car note and that they will lower my payment and i would beable to keep my car. weeks went by and hope for cars moved and chaged there number i was calling and calling and never got a hold to anyone my car company told me if i dont send them money they will come get my car. $400.00

- How is it that you can make an inflammatory statement such as "they told me not to pay my car note" when you signed a statement certifying that you were 3 months delinquent BEFORE you contacted us & that your lender WOULD NO LONGER ACCEPT YOUR PAYMENTS unless you paid the full balance of the loan? In addition, we have a signed contract from you in which you certified that you agreed "...any decision to forgo making (your) regular monthly payment is a decision made independently of Hope for Car Owners' advice and recommendation and (you) do so at your own free will and shall not at any point place the responsibility for any missed payments with Hope for Car Owners or any of its representatives". How is it that now, after you decided to meddle in the negotiations outside of our purview (which is ALSO against the contract) in an effort to try to take full benefit of our services AND attempt to receive a refund, you feel it necessary to make such frivolous statements about our company? Why can't you simply accept that it costs money to have other people work for you? You're obviously clueless about how a car contract works when you make a statement such as "if I don't send them money they will come get my car". What did you expect your lender would do when you decided to stop making payments? We got you 9 months without making a payment after you misrepresented your ability to pay what you owed. We negotiated in good faith with your lender and you discredited our program when you failed to agree to the negotiated terms and then continued to hide the car. We have no problem with you hiding the car but we do have a problem with you unfairly blaming us for your problem. You called us and asked for help. We helped. You couldn't afford your car. End of Story. (By the way, we relocated our physical offices but our phone numbers NEVER CHANGED so please get it right before you so unintelligently ridicule our efforts.)
