I was miss lead by the advertising. I have had to cancel my debit card to stop them taking any further payment. Tried to call but the atomated system did not recognise my telephone number. So I press the # key again and it put me through to an operator. She has now cancelled my auto dispatch order and I should get an e-mail within 24 hours. If you want to return goods the address is Slim tone plus PO BOX 111 Shannon County Clare Ireland. I was offered a 50% refund but I want to return the tablets I have. I so wish I had done more research.

was method of posting did you use to send them back?
I'm in the middle of the return/refund part of it. REally not ahppy with them as a company. They did offer me half my money back , which i suppose is better than nothing, however it was a 'free trail' that i will have paid £56 all together! joke !
If you could let me know how you sent them back would be greatfull, as i only have untill the 27th to get them back!!

I know what you mean, the advertisement is very miss leading and when you want to cancel its an expensive number to ring. I wasn't so unlucky with the re-turn, I got through ok on the phone, thought you have to go through a lot to get to where you need and i have have to re-listen to the message a few times to make sure I got my RMA number correctly as its a very long number and she says it very quickly. I have to say I have learnt my lesion and wont be getting any sort of dieted pill online, I am very skeptical to whether they actually work.
When returning you need to putyour RMA number on the front/outside of your package and you name and address should be on the inside.

I AM APPAULLED AT THE FACT THAT THEY HAVE TAKEN TWO LOTS OF £75 POUND DEC JAN AND A FURTHER £37 50 HOW DARE YOU YOU ADVERT IS MISSLEADING AND I WILL BE RETURNING THE UNOPENED ITENS BACK TO YOU AND EXPECT A FULL REFUND IF NOT I WILL HAVE NO OPTION BUT TO GO TO TRADING STANDARDS AND THE BBC WATCH DOG CAN ANY OM
