Received invoice 9/20/12 that was dated May 24, 2012 for a mini web page ad with 3 months interest. An employee answered the phone and verified the address & phone # for what he was told was an update to a yellow pages listing, not told this was a sales call. I called to get this resolved, Jessica Ryan was very argumentative and threatening, she wouldn't shut up long enough for me to speak. I did get to listen to the recording of the original call and all that was authorized was the address & phone #. Jessica called 10/08/12 and threatened to turn this over to collection then faxed new invoice dated 5/24/12 with more interest. Same scam as I'm reading from everyone else.
