We hired Quantum Web Designers Joe Hale to register our domain names and build a website. His site www.q-wd.com says he will register your domain name in your name, however, he registered it in his name and refuses to release it to us. All invoices have been prepaid, the only reason not to release the domain names is he is a scammer.
