This company operates as a genuine Louis Vuitton outlet reseller. Unfortunately, it is a merchandise scam. They do ship merchandise that is fake and defective. The storefront is using up to date louis Vuitton adverstisement. I placed order but after a week and several emails it was hard to get tracking number. When the merchandise arrived in smashed shipping carton I asked the postman to wait but he had me sign but there was no documentation with the product and the inner merchandise was not authentic and defective. The clasp was tight and wallet would not open/function. I immediately emailed the company to request refund for which they post sign 100% 14 day no quibble money back guarantee but, then they post other statements hidden in their shipping statement which is nothing like the bad service received. I have contacted credit card company and have contacted the post office to provide the shipping documents that cleared customs since they kept. I have also contacted Louis Vuitton to notify of the store using their adds and logos making it look authentic. It is getting harder for buyer to beware since there are many fake counterfeit sites operating with genuine photos and genuine looking sites.
