This scammer has been operating under a number of names and army forts, some of them don't even exist, like "Fort Lesley, Washington". Uses mostly the same text from previous scams. It became sure, when I saw that the text was copied from one using the fictitious fort, and that "Military Logistic Department" does not exist in the military.
