It appears I just as many many thousands of people have been scammed by you, no big deal, it happens.
I thought I might as well see if there is any benefit to having this "membership" as perhaps it might be useful seeing as I'm paying for it.
Firstly, apart from a general statement that it is useful if you regularly shop online and provides discounts to many companies I was unable to verify the name of even one.
Then I read section 16 of your FAQ states you have to be a resident of the UK to benefit from the membership.
I'm not, nor have I ever been a UK resident, the visa card you are charging is from Australia, bills in Australian dollars, is registered to an Australian address and believe it or not, I live in Australia and am surprisingly, an Australian resident.
Considering I am a paying " member" with you, I assume I have a membership number, some form of proof or identification letting you, myself and the hundreds of "participating companies" know this.
How do you advise myself and all the other "thousands of members" know of the amazing benefits of your "membership", how to access them, what the current status of their membership is.
To be more direct, apart from charging a £10 monthly fee to an expired Visa card, when and how have you ever made contact with me and what details of mine do you have to do so.
As part of my "application" process, I presume I must have provided you with my details and I'm assuming that because you have my expired credit card number you must also have its billing address, my personal email, a contact telephone number etc.
Of course this could just be an honest mistake on your part and you may be billing my card in error, in which case of course you will refund me all the money you have taken in full, however even that will be difficult for you to do when I'm ineligible for membership And live 23,000 Kiaway.
Please advise me how and when you will be rectifying this obvious error on your behalf
