As with most of the other complaint I have seen recorded against this company I sent away for a free sample of face cream and paid a postage of £3.08 which I duly received, no problem, until a fortnight later when I received another jar of the same product and found I had been charged just over £64. I did not order the second jar of cream. Again I cant find any telephone number.
