I purchased a beaded bamboo curtain August 9, and by August 30 it still had not arrived. I tried to call, but their voicemail was full. I tried the live online chat several times, and that never worked--no clerk ever went online. No tracking information provided. Dead end. I'm currently disputing the Amex bill, but the only name listed on the bill is MoneyBookers Limited, no merchant info.
