On Saturday, October 6, 2012 I was online & purchased mineral make-up for my Grandaughter. I thought that was the end of it. I went back because I remembered the sales lady saying something about a 14 day trial. I thought while placing the order she mean't the makeup could be tried for 14 days & if we didn't like it the makeup could be returned. I decided I had better go back & I made a few calls that got me no where. One lady even told me that that company gives their number out all the time but she has nothing to do with Valu-pass. The numbers that are on their web site are : 800-778-7879, 800-474-2371, 949-224-1810. I found out on line that you joined this company & it would cost you $99.00 & they would bill you if you didn't cancel in 14 days. I called my credit card company & they said there wasn't anything they could help me with because I did not have the $99.00 charged on my credit card. The man I spoke with at my credit card company didn't understand that after the 14 days I would be charged the $99.00. I told him I wanted that trans-action cancelled because I couldn't get it cancelled om line. He couldn't help me. I went back on line at least 20 times or more & tried to cancel it on their web site but when you got to the end & tried to push submit it wouldn't take it. I nearly broke my finger pressing the submit action but it never would take it. The man from my credit card company also got on line & tried to cancel it & he couldn't get it to work either.I am afraid when my 14 days are up they are going to try & charge the $99.00 to my credit card, Could you please advise me what to do ?? I did find one lady that they did this to & you can find her under www.valu-passhelp.com. She says it's a scam. I don't want to pay the $99.00 but mostly I do not want others to go through the nightmare I've been through for a week now. I only have 7 more days left & I'm certain they are going to charge me, as they did the other woman that reported them. Please advise before this week is up as to what I should do next. Thank you !!
