They have a website using Rachael Ray as a spononsor to try their Excelatrim and Total Cleanse product for 30 days free. You pay a small fee for shipping but if you don't reply within 14 days they charge you another $80/bottle for the whole shipment they claim is free for 30 days. I phoned them back to cancel the product within the 14 days, and tell them I will ship the unused product back. Days later they charge me for the unused product and send me an e-mail 'if the product is lost in transit' they will still charge me. I mailed it using Canada Post which should be reliable, but nothing prevents them from saying they never got the shipment.

I would like to apologize for any misunderstanding. You do receive a 30 day supply for the cost of shipping to try out for 14 days. As you are checking out, directly to the right of where you enter your credit card information are the terms and conditions. If you live in Canada you would have had 24 days from the day you placed your order to call in and cancel and at that point you would have been issued an RMA number to return the unused portion. If you did call in to cancel within your trial period you should not have been billed additionally. Please feel free to call our Customer Service line so we may discuss your account and what we can do to help you. I assure you, if your shipment made it back to our warehouse within the 21 days allotted, we will be happy to issue you a refund.
