Ordered 250 youtube accounts on this site and he sold me gmail accounts. He contacted me on a different email then his paypal.

I asked him for a refund but he kept putting it off giving me some bs excuses. Finally he tells me he can refund but only on his "other paypal accounts" which are probably stolen. Anyway now he isn't even responding and I have opened a dispute on paypal. This guy lives in india and is a full fledged scammer.
