I ordered both products on July 14th and this company charged me US$5.90 on the same day. The advertisement states clearly that you can try the products (trial) for 28 days and if you don't satisfy then cancel your order and I called the company on the 5th of August asking for my products? They said it shows in their system that my order has been cancelled. I was very upset and told them, OK...then refund back my $ (US $5.90). They didn't email or contact me but instead they send me the products, the African mango arrived on the 29th of Aug, and the Metaburn arrived on the 31st. I was surprised to find out that they charged my credit card on the 31st of August with US $86.70, and I haven't opened these products to test whether it will work or not. I called them and we had this argument over the misleading & false information on the ads and the unworthiness and slacking of their customer services. If I didn't call them they would be bothered to contact me. Since I ordered the product they haven't text, email or call me. Even when I got the products, they didn't even call or email to check out whether the products arrived here in good condition, on what date, etc? So, that they can use those information to figure out the 28 day of my products trial. As such, I strongly urge all customers to be careful when you deal with these kind of ads and companies. If you don't really want to put yourself in risk, please don't accept or sign on this fake advertisement. I don't like this kind of scam and I don't like companies who uses trial periods to cheat and steal $$$ from customers. I totally regret for ordering these products and their stupid customer services are hopeless and useless! They should be trained on how to give a customer a satisfactory response.
