Like all the other complaints; we begin with a very simplistic ADDITIONAL DATA REQUIRED fax. Naturally, my boss and I thought this was for our local yellow pages PHONE BOOK ad. we signed and faxed back. Then we receive a bill for $1308.00, we know that something is wrong because our local ad would never cost this much. I contacted this company and explained that we made a mistake thinking and signing this form; in which we thought was for the local phone book. Also informed this company that the community in which we serve most elderly people that are clients and receive home care dont even have or use the internet or a computer. This was followed by them telling us we had to type and fax our reason for cancellation. Nevertheless we are still receiving a bill from this agency, when confronted on another call after not receiving cancellation the "telemarketer" was very rude in not hearing what I had to say, talking over me and interrupting me. She hung up on me. I did get upset then, calling back getting voicemail. Left a lengthy message and called back and the same lady tried to tell me she was someone different and had not hung up on me. A crock of Crap!! I told her it was a scam and told her a few other choice words and she hung up again. Then I decide to try the online address for this company to see who I could contact besides this lame non-English speaking woman. The least you can do is be able to understand someone when you are dealing with business matters. And to my dismay what do I locate on the search engine but SCAM COMPLAINTS. SO SURPRISED. All I shall do now is continue to enjoy my calling this agency because I will make the time, and turn them into the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!! Let's see how long you are able to continue to work out of your apartment in Philly "yellow-pages-america.com"!!!
