TMobile disconnected my phone upon my request because of a lost phone, which is the proper protocol. Tmoble lied to Assurance that I do not have service therefore, Assurance (insurance company for Tmobile) refused to replace the phone. Now TMobile has creditors calling me as well as willfully and maliciously destroying my credit worthiness. I adjure by the power of God to take any and all administrative action deemed necessary against TMobile for failure to follow thru the contract and for not providing me service, however, charging me for service not rendered as well as $200 to break a contract which they broke. Tmobile has refused to remove the $200 and charge me for service received. Tmobile bills a month in advance and Tmobile is charging me for the month of service never received.
