I was approved for a $3000 dollar loan. They sent me the contract through email and then went i signed and faxed back. Two days later they said that I needed to pay the first three payments up front because of my poor credit score. So I sent the payment Via Westren Union. Then they called back and said that I need to put in insurance on the loan, because it was so High Risk. An I told them I wanted to withdraw from the loan, and I wanted all my money back asap. The rep Derek Wilson said it would take 25-30 days and the check would be sent through the mail. I asked about the finace charges I had to pay out of pocket. He said to send a fax of the receipt and they would be reinbursed. After that, I called every day trying to get a hold of Derek Wilson or Mary Simpson the orginal representive who helped me. I I kept getting voicemail. In the beginning I got him on the phone twice and then he put me on hold to review my account and the call magically dropped. The next time I got a hold of him, he said he was on the line with another client and could I call back in 10 minutes. Then a week an a half ago the phone number was no longer in service. That was money I needed and lost out on. I hope this fake company is found and sewed for what they have done to everyone. It is not right and put people out of pocket, by alot.
