I got a phone call from a marketer telling me they where from the smart shoppers savings club. they went there there spiel and told me that 64.35 would be billed every 5mths I thought it was a great deal daaaaaa. they said they would send me all the correspondence need for me to know policies ect as well a 50.00 walmart gift card that it would reach me is 4 to 10 days. That was Sept 19th I called again on Oct 6th 2012 and said I havnt recieved anything from them yet and wanted to know why they said cus my payment didnt go threw but it did as i looked on my bank statement and it came out of my account and noticed another pyment come out that day so now i have been charged double so i called back again to tell them this and they deni billing me twice they wont send me back my money and i have proof they took it and then they cancelled my account not i cant even get them to talk to me im now out 132.65 and cost of stopping payment of 17.00 is there any way of getting my money back. Or at least what they owe me as i got nothing from them
