I ordered $19.00 worth of computer cleaning and was immediately charged for $54.17--when tried to download product was told to go to my email and validate--there was no email sent from this company so I called the 800 number and was told that I was not even charged which is a lie as had just called the bank.The bank clerk even told me that on my debit notation there was only part of the 800 number! Called them back and was told that there would be a notation that it was pending for 2 or 3 days and then the charge would just drop off-so we will see but so far a lot of the way they do business seems very suspect and shoddy to me plus just read something that says that the companies named ara and aro are fruads,so BEWARE.
