I ordered a purse from what seems to be a normal Coach outlet website. Never did I know I was ordering something from China. I ordered it, sent in my payment and when I recieved my item it was a cheap knockoff...not only that but I have to way to get ahold of the company to try and get my money back because the website doesn't work anymore. I don't know what my options are.
