I had my account debited for $30 by Loan Tree Advances. I had never been to there sight before today 10/15/12 to complain about them taking money that they were not authorized. They said I had a lone through them. I asked to see it. I logged in and saw info that would pop up on multiple sites when you apply for a loan but it was not a completed app. I told her she was scamming as she knew that the loan sites would not even allow you to progress to poll for lenders if you left out info on the app. I advised her that I never heard of their company, did not wish for a loan through them and wanted my money back. I advised her that what her company did was take info that will pop up on other loan sites when you apply for a loan at one site and used it to claim that I had an account with them. I asked her to explain to me how I submitted for a loan through them when various boxes where empty and the sites will not even allow you to proceed to another webpage until the boxes are filled in. She could not provide an answer other than they have a completed request from me. I asked her to explain how the app is completed when it had many empty boxes that are required to be filled in before it would proceed. Again she could not give me an answer. I have reported them to the Washington State Attorney General, the Las Vegas BBB and my bank. She was kind enough to say that I could go ahead a apply for a loan. I of coursed wondered why I would need to apply for a loan if I already have a completed request through them. Loan Tree does not care whether you ever apply for a loan through them. They use the info that will pop up pre-filled from your application at a legitimate loan site and claim you also applied on theirs. $30 is not much from one person but it adds up when there are hundreds or thousands of people have money taken from their accounts. Their location in Vegas is a mail stop in a mail center not a business. Why hasn't that mail box been frozen by the Vegas Attorney General or courts.
