I ordered a pair of boots and never receieved them. I found this website and after reading some of the compaints I realized I too had received a small sponge in the mail that I had not associated with the boot purchase before... I contacted paypal and they are currently "investigating" my claim. We shall see if I ever get my money back... Live and learn I guess.
