I bought an item for £1.99 on 14th June which was debited from my account. For the next 4 months I have had £19.95 debited from my account supposedly for a redsave pass. When I bought the item I was unaware I had signed up to any pass. Fortunately I noticed about this debit but not soon enough. Naturally I have cancelled future transactions. I have reported the matter to the bank and said they are unable to get me a refund. Is there anything anyone can do to stop companies taking money from people like myself. I have read numerous reviews regarding this company and like myself are absolutely livid that this company is getting away with daylight robbery (supposedly legal).
