I was schudle to go to closing on the sell of land and was informed by Atty Ernest Carter (Personal Info Removed) that there was some issues with the deed and the issues were with the work performed by Atty Rosland Grant (Personal Info Removed) and Vernice Howard (Personal Info Removed), after several attempts to make contacted with each Attoroney, my documents show I paid for Title Insurance (Investors Title Company, but, when the Title company listed was contacted they stated they have no record of a policy. I'm requesting an investigation as to where is my policy or what happen to my money, and what I need to do to clear this matter so I can sell. The realtor Merl Brown (Personal Info Removed) email me that the buyer won't purchase unless the issues meet Atty Ernest Carter standards.
