Upon request for Returned Merchandise Authorization Number it was explained that the 20/30 return window was closed per date of first purchase not last shipment received and due to phone call on 10-05-12 where the automatic shipping was canceled, this closed the account and no refund would be allowed on a closed account. More to come after I file with BBB and Attorney Generals in WA & AZ States.
