I ordered a galaxy s3 phone on October 15, 2012. I paid for the item on the same day using Western Union. I attempted to go to their website today to check the status of my order. I was referred the website http://www.namecheap.com/ which informed users that "The domain owner may currently be creating a great site for this domain. Please check back later!". I have no way of contacting the company to either receive my order or request a refund.
