A few days ago I applied for a payday loan through Money Mutual. com (the one with Montel Williams...smh) I checked my bank account this morning to find that an unauthorized $30 check was posted to my account. I called my bank and was given the phone number 866-763-7462 to this company Pacific Advances. I searched for them online and immediately knew that I was in for a ride. I called them and spoke to this stupid (for lack of a better word) Foreign lady who kept insisting that the only way to get the $30 back would be to go on their website and accept the loan, that the $30 would be applied towards interest on the loan. I screamed at her for like 20 minutes and even asked for a supervisor which she said she was the supervisor. WTF??? Anyway, I just called my bank (Chase) and had to have my account frozen. Now I will have to open up a new account. All I wanted was a little extra cash to pay some overdue bills. Never thought I'd end up with this headache....
