Contacted by phone to say there was something wrong with my pc, had my info from microsoft. Told to buy program to sort out my inf files, got connected to online support who took over my pc and basically ran a defrag. Ever since pc has run slow, cant log on to site or contact on phone think I have been had. When Itry to log on to www.nextinfoteck.com site it says site is down for maintenance !
