I placed an order 9/28/12 with this company. My bank account was debited $97.60 . I was even sent a conformation email with a tracking number and link to USPS. I was told to expect my package within 5 business days. After the 10th business day, I started calling and emailing. I sat on hold for 2 hours plus each phone call. I sent numerous emails. No response... It's now 10/18/12 and I've been charged for items for I have no received.
