I ordered the 'free trial' from the SlimTone company. Then I looked into my bank account just over two weeks later to see that £75 pounds had been debited from my account!! They had also apparently tried to take a further £75 pounds for BodyCleanse but because I don't have that kind of money to spare, my bank declined it.

Apparently in the Terms & Conditions it states that if you don't cancel your order within 2 weeks of receiving the trial you sign up for the package. FYI I stopped using the stuff after 3 days, I don't even know why I signed up in the first place and feel pretty ridiculous overall!!

The woman I spoke to at SlimTone said she couldn't give me a refund until I paid the £75 for BodyCleanse too, which I refused. She then debited my account of £18 and then refunded half of the SlimTone money. She said that no one ever complains and that they were doing a special favour to me by giving me back the amount I actually got. I know this isn't true because of the amount of online complaints. Overall I'm seriously outraged, but most of all with myself for getting taken in by such a scam.
