they claimed to be from the US grant and said the government is going to give my 7,770 dollars. i did the transaction and then they claimed that i needed to pay a 600 dollar state tax to recieve the money. i thought this was suspicious and googled about grant scams and this one matches the scam descriptions. i lost 280$$$ in the process. i confronted them about them being a scam and they hung up the phone.
