The website http://www.us-immigration.com/ is Imitating the look and feel as U.S. Immigration official website. This is misleading the users like me and the fee you pay upfront is like thinking that you are paying for Immigration fees, but it is only providing the services to fill the application, and is NOT affiliated with any of U.S. Government.
I thought, I am starting the U.S. Citizenship application form and paid the fee upfront of $189.00. Based on email confirmation, I realized that this is NOT the website I am looking at. I’ve sent an email for request a refund and called the customer service. Though I didn’t even start the application (after payment it directs to the form first page, but I didn’t start or enter any data from that point). Though it was not started, the rep claimed that the payment itself is a starting of the application and I need to give away $29 to cancel this order. I went a head to cancel the order and now requesting to provide help on refunding processing fee of $29.00 which the site deducting for non-started application.

Here is the Terms and conditions section the rep directed me to:
Online Form Completion Service ("Form Service")
If you cancel a Form Service order after payment but before you click "Print", or "Submit" button if E-Filing your application, AIC will refund the amount paid for that Form Service less a non-refundable processing fee of $29.00, except for the following Form Services for which no refund will be issued: I-130 Petition for Alien Relative and I-485 Adjustment of Status for Individual or Family. If you cancel a Form Service order after you click "Print", or "Submit" button if E-Filing your application, AIC will not issue a refund of any kind. Additionally, after thirty (30) days from the original payment date no refund of any kind will be given for a Form Service, and AIC will not issue any refund due to a technical problem related your computer or Internet connection.
