the paper received by fax titled request for additional information couln't be more deceptive. First it gives the impression that we already have a relationship, which is never the case. Then it have a telephone symbol, although the're not a telephone company. It have the same name as yellow pages of America that we all know, and the contract is signed on the side, instead of below the terms. For those of us that wronfully signed their request, it is the begining of a long ordeal of harrasment
