Two years ago, I purchased an Englewood conversation set including a sofa, ottoman and two chairs plus a 5 piece dining set including a faux stone table and 4 chairs. We have had issues with the table cracking 4 times including 3 replacement tables that were sent to us ALL defective and every single cushion has disintegrated We have supplied copies of receipts and pictures to the company at which point, they supplied us with one set of cushion covers for the conversation set and nothing else. I would like a refund on both sets since we have been unable to use them because they are defective. After further investigation, I have read numerous complaints with the same issues. Why wasn't this set recalled and pulled off the Walmart site? We have not received any additional information and our emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. Could someone please help us with this issue??
