I purchased via Pay Pal a pair of shoes for my wedding from Rio online shoe shop. I never received the shoes. After a month, I tried to email this company, as there is no telephone number. I received no reply, only an odd shower cap in the mail from China. This scandelous operation needs to be shut down!!!!
