deducted the money from my checking account and I didnt even know it, when I tried to get them on the phone was kept on the phone for over an hour first telling me that it would be 13 minutes and then 18 minutes and then 13 minutes and then 23 minutes and then back again to some other time until they would anwser the phone and they never ever did, I then called my bank and tried to get them to put a stop to it and they told me that they couldnt until I notified the company first, how am I to do this if the company wont answer the phone, they are targeting elderly people and it is a scam.
