I ordered shoes 9/15/12 I have not received them. I notified PayPal. that i had not received my merchandise 2 weeks later. they said they would resolve the issue. If I did not get the shoes that they would credit back my money. October 1, 2012 I got an e-mail that they resolved the issue ... not in my favor. No shoes ... no money back.
