I ordered Slimtone Raspberry Ketone Plus and Body Cleanse Plus Detox as a Free Trial .. However it's a Scam as u will be charged £112.50 each and every month on their auto shipment programme . So as soon as product arrived today I called to cancel and get code to return items. I was held on phone for 5 mins listening to extensive auto messages trying to get me to now keep so called free trial at 50% of cost!!
Frustrated, when I did get a human they proceeded to go through whole process AGAIN! I demanded they stop this and just give me directions to RETURN ITEMS as I DIDN'T wish to keep them. The operative was extremely RUDE talking over me constantly and shouting at me. She told me she MUST read all options for cancellation/or to not cancel !! I complained bitterly that they were FORCING me to stay on line and pay phone bill I should not need to. I demanded to speak with a supervisor .. Who was even more RUDE than previous.. She talked over me and to READ everything I'd already listened to on automated system at start before finally RELUCTANTLY giving me codes to return items. CRAZY!! So frustrating and completely OBNOXIOUS way to trade.
PLZ PLZ advise anyone not to fall for this scam and CHANGE BANK CARD also so they can't take money from account. Lots of complaints on net re this company. Pity I hadn't seen before ordering .
