I found a posting on Craigslist for 2735 Grandview Blvd. West Lawn, PA 19609. I was informed that the house was up for rent for $770 per month. I was informed that he is residing in Alabama for work and he would like to rent out his house. I communicated with him via emails through [email protected]. I have the emails if they would be useful. I was then contacted by phone through (Personal Info Removed). I also have the text conversations as well. This was a complete scam. The house is up for sale, not rent and the owner is living in Pennsylvania and nothing to do with the Craigslist post.

- This is my listing. The owner hasn't posted it. Often, foreign people find homes for sale and have rental scams. renters need to use common sense in not sending people money and when a property is for sale call the realtor, or a realtor.
