I was facing foreclosure and they offered to help. Well we were ask to send them money in two installments that total $3,200.00 and they never reached out to my mortgage company and was very rude to me when i call for follow-up.They later stop answer emails and I was out of 3,200.00.

- Please report this behavior to the authority that licenses the attorney. If you are in Illinois, this is the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission at www.iardc.org The ARDC also has a client protection fund, and you may be eligible to make a claim to get back some of the wasted fees. You should also talk to a competent lawyer about a malpractice claim against the lawyer who harmed you.
