I was looking on line about pay day loans but never signed any forms and a few days later $300.00 showed up in my account. I did not even realize it as this is an spare account not my main account and I do no always use this or have money in it but I happen to be working a part time temp job and am using this account for that. I tried calling the number listed on the account and could not reach anyone. I then googled the company and found numerous complaints and scam information regarding the company. I also found another number to which I called and and spoke to a Sandy who advised they have an electronic signature to which I said I never signed anything. I told them to take the money back out and she refused. She refused any other type of assistance. I am now in the processes of contacting my back to see what option I have.
