I was on line applying for a payday loan, the next day $30.00 was taken from my checking account...when i called them they said this was something i signed up for on line. I asked them to cancel my account and refund my money. They told me i would receive my refund in 7-10 days. When i did not receive it i called again. This time they told my i was misinformed and that it takes up to 20 days to receive a refund. I finally called again on 8/26 and they told me i should have received in on 8/22 and that they did not know why i had not received in yet. After being on hold for ever they finally told me i would receive it in 24 hours. I called again on 8/29 again they told me to wait another 24 hours. I called again in 8/31 and was told the same thing. I finally decided to google them to see if there was another way of contacting them. This is when I realized i had been scammed. I called my bank and now they are investingating it so that i can get my money back. I had to close my account and reopen a new one. What a hassel. Now I have to redo my direct depoist. and contact all my bills that are automaticly deducted from my account and change all my info with them.
