I saw the offer on TV and wanted to give it to my wife as a gift for our anniversary. The rep said it would be shipped within 24 hours of 10/17/12. I understood that the product would be at my house no later than 10/19/12. Our anniversary was 10/20/12. I thought for sure since the Nuwave PIC didn't arrive on 10/19/12, the Nuwave PIC would be at our door any minute on 10/20/12. I kept telling my wife to look at the front door for her gift. The product came late in the afternoon of 10/23/12! My wife and I was so disappointed that we haven't even opened the box (so I'm not sure if all the items I ordered are in the box). I can't believe I was mislead about the delivery date after being severely overcharged for shipping and Handling (even the Nuwave rep said the price for shipping and handling is outrageous). I will never buy another product from this company again.

I would like to make one clarification. I apologize if you misheard the agent, but we do not offer 24 hour shipping, but rather 24 hour processing. Typically, whenever customers accept 24 hour processing, they can expect shipment within a few business days. However, once the order is processed, the actual package is in the hands of the shipping company, so unfortunately, once this is done, we cannot control the efficiency in which your package is delivered.
