When I received my bank statement, I noticed a charge of $49.95 from a name that I did not recognize, MyEastCGHelp.com. I called the number next to it, thank god there was one. It must be a law... I told them to refund my money asap. Thank god, they did, so they say. The person said he was a support tech for several merchants companies. I have no idea what it was... This is very scary. I guess I should cancel my card and get a new number. I decided to post this complaint since I was led here when I looked up the web address. I hope this helps someone else.
